The following terms and conditions apply to all web site development and hosting services offered by Solid Air Web. By accepting a quote either verbally or in writing or ordering a product from Solid Air Web you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
General Terms.
Quotes are valid for 14 days.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that any web site is lawful, does not infringe any copyright or any other laws. It is also the customers responsibility to carry out any market research as to the viability and profitability of any project before accepting any quote.
We reserve the right to refuse to construct a web site that we may judge as unfit due to content or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited by, sites containing adult oriented material such as pornography, sites which promote hatred towards persons belonging to any ethnic group, religion or sexual orientation and sites which infringe copyright or are contrary to UK laws.
Website Design
Though every effort will be made to ensure that the website and any work done by us is free of errors but Solid Air Web cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction, the website or any part of it. The web server, website, graphics and any programming code remain the property of Solid Air Web until all outstanding accounts are paid in full. Any work done (unless specifically agreed) by Solid Air Web remain the copyright of Solid Air Web and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of Solid Air Web.
All text, media or images will be supplied by the client unless the client purchase stock images via Solid Air Web, in which case they will be provided royalty free (unless otherwise stated) and will be property of Solid Air Web until payment in full has been made at which point they will become the property of the client.
Solid Air Web cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client.
Any additions to the brief will be carried out at the discretion of Solid Air Web and where no charge is made by Solid Air Web for such additions, Solid Air Web accept no responsibility to ensure such additions are error free and reserve the right to charge an according amount for any correction to these or further additions.
Solid Air Web will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the work carried out on behalf of the client or any of the clients appointed agents.
Solid Air Web will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the unavailability of the site, its servers, software or any material provided by its agents.
Website Hosting
Whilst Solid Air Web offers hosting of website’s, no guarantees can be made as to the availability or interruption of this service by Solid Air Web. Solid Air Web cannot accept liability for losses caused by the unavailability, malfunction or interruption of this service.
Solid Air Web reserves the right to refuse to handle in any way, material which may be deemed offensive, illegal or in any way controversial. Fees relating to web hosting or domain names must be paid prior to the expiration date of the said service. If the fees remain unpaid at the time of expiration, Solid Air Web can cancel the said service and not liable for any data lost as a result of the cancellation.
Domain Name Registration
Solid Air Web makes no representation that any domain name the client wishes to register is capable of being registered by or for the client or that it will be registered in the name of the client. The client should therefore not assume registration of your requested domain name(s) until you have been notified that it has or they have been registered. Any action taken by the client before such notification is at the client’s risk.
The registration and use of the client’s domain name is subject to the terms and conditions of use applied by the relevant naming authority; the client shall ensure that they are aware of those terms and conditions and that they comply with them. Solid Air Web acts as the client’ agent in the registration of a domain name and the client shall have no right to bring any claim against Solid Air Web in respect of refusal to register a domain name or cancellation of the domain name by the relevant naming authority.
Solid Air Web shall have no liability in respect of the use by the client of any domain name; any dispute between the client and any other person must be resolved between the parties concerned in such dispute. If any such dispute arises, Solid Air Web shall be entitled at our discretion and without giving any reason, to withhold, suspend or cancel the domain name. Solid Air Web shall also be entitled to make representations to the relevant naming authority but will not be obliged to take part in any such dispute.
Solid Air Web gives no warranty that the client ‘s domain name is or will continue to be available for use or that no other domain name is or will be registered which conflicts with the client’s domain name or which otherwise affects the client’s use of the domain name.
Solid Air Web gives no warranty that the client’s domain name will not infringe the rights of any third party.
Solid Air Web shall not release any domain to another provider unless Solid Air Web has received full payment for that domain.
Payment of Accounts
A deposit is required from new client before any work is carried out. It is the policy of Solid Air Web that any outstanding accounts for work carried out by Solid Air Web or its affiliates are required to be paid in full, no later than 30 days from the date of the invoice unless by prior arrangement with Solid Air Web.
Once a deposit is paid and work completed you are obliged to pay the balance of payment in full. We will contact clients via email and telephone to remind them of such payments if they are not received when due.
If accounts are not settled or Solid Air Web have not been contacted regarding the delay, access to the related website may be denied and web pages removed, we will then pass such cases to the Small Claims Court to pursue payment, non payment can result in county court judgements (ccj’s) being added to the clients credit rating.
Following consistent non payment of an invoice our Solicitors will contact the client in question, with a view to taking the matter further and if need be to seek payment through legal procedures, and if necessary court summons.

We do not share or sell any of your details with third party companies, without your express permission and we will only email you or contact you about work related matters.
Google Service
Including but not limited to:
Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Merchant account/feed, Google search console, will remain the property of Solidairweb, including IPR (Intellectual property rights)
